Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Desktop MP3, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

Accounts & Access
If Desktop MP3 requires an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Pricing, feature availability and limits may change at any time during Early Access.

Acceptable Use

Billing
If Desktop MP3 offers paid features or subscriptions, they will renew automatically unless you cancel. Taxes may apply. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change.

Availability
We aim to provide a reliable application but do not guarantee that Desktop MP3 will be error-free or uninterrupted. The application is provided "as is" and may require updates or maintenance that could temporarily affect functionality.
Data & Privacy
We collect data needed to operate the application, provide features, and improve the user experience. Your music files and library data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync with cloud services. Review our privacy policy for details on how data is stored and processed.
Termination
You can stop using Desktop MP3 at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or services that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
